How do you get one of those jobs where you hand out free promotional stuff?
I think it would be the coolest job ever to be one of those people you see handing out samples of Axe shower gel or Jackass: Number Two movie stickers/posters/ect. Anybody know how to get a job loike that?
I see most of those types of gigs posted on craigslist.org. When you visit the link below, select your state from the right hand side of the screen, choose you nearest city, and then "jobs" or "gigs".

Happy Hunting!
Ex boyfriend is weird and hes driving me crazy?
okay when we were together he was horrible.. we were on and off around 8 times (idk i lost track..yeah its sad) i payed for every single date, he whined non stop, all we did was text each other NEVER called, he would get mad because i wouldn't send him nasty pictures, he was only happy when he got a free movie and a hand job.

we broke up like last week for the final time..but now he wants to be friends, i dont know what he means by being friends! all he did the past week was whine because hes lonely and he misses me (he broke up with me)so when i said we could be friends and i try talking to him he just says "yeah" and "cool" like he doesn't want to talk to me. wtf?

he is the biggest loser but i dont know why i cant get over him! he was my first boyfriend :( what do i do?
hes an @$$hole dont forgive him! man why are you so like my sister seriously get over him. hes not worth it!
FREE MOVIES, VIDEOS, GAMES, MUSIC, BLAH, BLAH....!?
Okay, I have to say this, or I will go mad. I'm getting really fed up with constantly reading questions that say , "Can I download this/that for free?". I work in a cinema and what you all want to do is tantamount to copy write theft. For heaven's sake stop breaking the law, and put your hands in your pockets and get money out. Pay for movies, video, etc, and stop expecting everything for nothing. Downloading is piracy and is illegal and puts the jobs of people like me in jeopardy. And before you say the cinema is too expensive - don't bother. it doesn't excuse piracy or breaking the law. My question is:

A) Why do you persist in doing it?

B) Any cinema person totally agree?
lol why pay wen its free and 2 instead of compalining get a real job instead of serving popcorn merry christmas lol
What movies should I watch?
With my summer job running my family cafe in a small town, basically i have alot of free time on my hands until the tourist/boating season starts. I have started to pass this free time watching tv/movies on my iTouch.

I started with seasons 1 through 4 of dexter, then moved on to Clash of the Titans, Gamer, Hot tub Time Machine, Kick ***, The Losers, Prince Of Persia, Repo Men, Sherlock Holmes, The A Team, The Ugly Truth, I Live You Man, and a few others, all of which I enjoyed more or less.

I would prefer action, thriller, comedies, etc...

So what movies do you recommend?
Hot Fuzz
Shaun of The Dead
Invention of Lying
Wilde

Repo Men was awesome =D
What can I do in my free time?
I'm unemployed and living at home relaxing while searching for jobs. I have a lot of free time in my hands. Do you have any suggestions as to fun and inexpensive free time activities I can do at home or outside for fun and to improve myself overall? I'm not a big reader. I play the violin but haven't practiced in ages. I have a sewing machine and cloth, but I don't know how to operate the sewing machine. I like movies, walking, and exercising, but it's tough to exercise on my own. I have membership to a health club that I can go to by bus, because I don't drive. Any suggestions people?
Look up online 'how to sew' and I'm sure you will find lots of instruction! If your still confused, read the instruction manual for your machine and if you can't find that look up your specific machine.

As for exercising, go to your health club and find an activity YOU like doing, then see who else enjoys it too and strike up conversation. Once you get to know someone and maybe start exercising together, invite them to a movie.

For a new hobby, knitting is fun too! I like to knit when I get annoyed with sewing, haha! Polymer clay is really fun too and you can make some pretty cool stuff. Also, if you have a camera laying around somewhere, get into photography and just have fun taking pictures!

And to top it off, why not adopt an animal from a nonprofit shelter? If you have a lot of free time, a puppy or kitten could occupy some of it. This might be a bit expensive, but you will gain a new friend and something to do! If you adopt a dog, you could walk it a lot for exercise or play (actively) with him/her!

There are LOTS of things to do in this world, so good luck enjoying your free time!
What would you do if you had telepathy?
Writing an essay for english I got a 5.3 out of 6 a 90 I want a higher score and I can't think of anymore ideas. I can only have the power of telepathy for one day. This is the essay so far(if u wanna read it):

We all were astonished by the movie Matilda, a mega smart second grader with the supremacy to move objects with her mind. If I were to be granted the gift of telepathy for one day it would be a rather lethargic experience. This sacred power could help me on my slothful moments and the most intimidating conditions in my everyday life.
Without a doubt, my power of telepathy would not allow me to step a foot onto the rough carpet of my bedroom floor. I envisage laying under my balmy, cozy sheets on a Friday night with no plans, I decide to find a show on television; where is the remote? The remote is waiting on the far right of my dresser, sitting with my perfumes, waiting for my hand to grasp a tight hold of it. Lazy I forbid myself to lift my relaxed body off my sweet spot on my snuggly bed. My grateful present strikes as I squint my eyes and in a matter of three seconds the device is floating gracefully in the air. I do not even have to lay a finger on the remote just point and bam I am watching, The Ghost Whisperer, my favorite show.
Moreover, I would be able to have a dentist cleaned mouth without the sky-scraping bill. Finally I would get out of my bed after my effortless night and hover in the mid air into the bathroom. Standing in front of the mirror as I look at myself in parallel form I flash a smile and my toothbrush arises into my mouth. I secure my mouth shut after three minutes my mouth is already a glistening white without flossing yet.
Furthermore, I would have an Aishwarya Rai movie star look. My job is to look into the mirror conduct my brushes as beautiful brown, red and green colors onto my smooth silky face. As I feel the brushes gliding along my cheek bones and eyelids I smirk into the mirror because I can have ultimate perfection in beauty for a day wish the Oscars was that day.
Relevantly, I definitely would l not be on my hands and knees on tiles scrubbing bath tubs, mopping floors, vacuuming, cooking, and mowing the lawn or any other house hold chores. With just a few wags of my handy left and right index fingers, my household will be dazzling in a matter a five minutes verses a whole day of blood, sweat labor. As I conduct this cleaning orchestra the vacuum would plug in itself, swiffer becomes self squirting and dusters dusting from corner to corner; shelf to shelf. It would be even better than having fifty French Maids cleaning the house. Of course, there will be no around the furniture cleaning, sofas would be lifted up to touch the ceiling as I zap with my right index finger to pick up the spare change and vacuum with my left.
Granted, I could never paint a perfect masterpiece. Going to the art studio and being in a class of people my age that can paint the Mona Lisa free hand is quite embarrassing for me. For once in my life I will be able to paint a bowl of fruit flawlessly. Bananas would be perfectly curved, grapes plump and juicy and apples painted in dazzling red. Without even wearing a smock my eyes go from the brush to the pallet to the paper my eyes go cross eyed watching my self technically paint this beautiful artwork.
Hence, I picture myself strolling along the Ocoee streets in my car to pump gas with my finger from inside my car without even rolling the window down, when suddenly there is a hold up inside the gas station. A masked man with one hand tightly clamped around the clerk's neck with a knife in the other hand. From outside the window I move my eyes from the knife in the criminal's hand to the clerk's hand. Then, I make the cigarette shelf behind the robber plunge on top his head. The old clerk must think he just fought him off as he calls the police with a smirk on his face. I go back to my car inaudibly as I wag my finger to pump my gas I grin as well for my deed and to know I made this old defenseless man feel physically powerful.
Also, at night I would be able to actually, physically fly in the air like batman and lurk around for trouble such as muggings, rape and shootings. I would be able to swoop down and lift them up to safety to got to their own homes or the hospital for the injured. At least, until midnight before my powers melt away.
Therefore, for one day I would be able to entertain my sluggish self with no effort but a light wag of my index finger, have a thoroughly clean, sparking home, paint a master piece, have a gorgeous face and save a life. The gift of telepathy is a bittersweet power that comes in handy in everyday life and to be a super hero even though it would only last one day it's an experience that would have superb memories to last my lifetime.
You seem to be confusing telepathy and psychokinesis.

Telepathy is the ability to read minds, or to communicate with somebody else, over a distance and without using technology.

Moving objects using nothing but your mind is called psychokinesis, or somtimes telekinesis. (See the link.) I believe that your teacher would know this... so you're describing the wrong superpower. Sorry!
Why does my parents rely on the younger one?
Why does my parents rely on the younger one?

I didn't have the life of luxury that my parents gave to my brothers and sisters, and when I old my parents to stop spending on TV's, movies, junk, they refused. My Mom keeps spending money on my older brother, who is a deadbeat. My Dad is unemployed, however, when he was laid off, his work had asked him to come back but he refused. I told him to come back to work, we need the money, instead, he can't find a job now; he is currently 58 years old.

My parents are in debt; it's been 4 years sense my bros and sister when to college and none of them have graduated yet. I have tried to help my family out; I spend probably $7000 now $8000 on them only to see utter failure.

Today, I had given out my last $1000 to pay for my Grandma's surgery; my family is poor, and I had tried and had failed to tell them to give up their spending habits for years. They refused and the past has finally caught up with them.

There were many ways for my family to get $1000, from relatives, work, or just by saving up their money, instead, they had relied on me to give them free hand outs. I'm 18 years old, and only wish for my parents to SAVE, SAVE, save for my college and their expenses; I attend a local community college.

In a nutshell, I hate it when people don't save and expect people like me to give them free handouts. I paid for my braces, (when my parents paid for my older brother and sister), books, retirement, piano lessons, and college.

To the point, I hate it when i'm usually right 90% of the time but only to find my "right" fall on deaf ears. I hate it when my parents could not save to save grandma's life. I freakin hate this BS.

Is there any people like me, who feel my suffering or who are in the situation as I am?

I need some words of encouragement to get through this crap.

Sorry for the rant.
refuse to give them money until they turn themselves around. they are the adults, and they should act like such. help them make a savings plan, and make them stick to it. if you absolutely have to lend them money, put interest on it, and make them sign a contract so they will have to pay you back.
What should we do for our next date?
I met "Charles" last week at a bar. He was really friendly with me, and invited me out to go clubbing with him the following night. We had an amazing time, and I slept over at his place, though we didn't have sex. Last night, he had me over for dinner and a movie. We talked about having anal, but decided against it, so instead, I blew him and gave him a hand job. He seems really cool, and I really like him. And best of all, his apartment is only 15 minutes away from mine, so we're free to spend a lot of time together. I really wanna see him again ASAP, but I don't wanna appear overly clingy. Any advice on what our next date should be? I was thinking about going out to the movies, to dinner or something, but that can be kinda boring. Any advice? I am so excited to have met a nice guy that likes me back. I'm gonna have a smile on my face all day at work today lol.
Aww! This made me smile! =D

I think the most basic things can make for a date.. You could just walk around the town and share interest and chat with each other, get to know one another better. While doing that you might come across something that you guys might wanna do. Movies can be fun! Just don't pick suck-ish movies haha You could ice skate! It is that time of the year and so what if you aren't the best! That's what makes it fun and memorable!

IDK there a lot of things you can do, I'm just braindead lmaoo
I need a job, But i don't have a lot of experience?
I have been out of a job since November. I worked at a fast food restaurant in a movie theater and then I recently quit Delta Sonic car wash. I live in Rochester, NY and everyone is just now starting to lay off their holiday help. I am out of school so I have a lot of free time on my hands and I will soon be working as a volunteer for the Red Cross. I am a hard worker and I am always willing to learn. I have been putting in applications and looking at employment websites but no one is hiring, what can I do?
I've been there, I know the feeling. I graduated from college in 2005 with a BA in Business Psychology with a 3.6 gpa. I started looking for jobs, but found myself getting shut down because they said "I lacked relative work experience." I must have applied to nearly 200 jobs. I thought I was well qualified with a bachlors degree and good gpa. I ended up going back to school to get my MBA and realized I was going to have to start small. I applied for an internship with the US government. They hired me even though I was over qualified for the internship since I had already got a undergraduate degree. I graduate with my MBA in may and the government will then gire me full time with a significant pay raise. I leared you sometimes have to take a step back in order to get ahead in the long run

My advice to you- While you are in school look for internships and keep volunteering. That will definitely benefit you in the end. Also, work on your resume. I would be willing to help you with that- took several classes in school on resume building. Email me if you like and i will take a look at your resume. Most importantly, dont give up- keep trying
What other movies do you think I should buy?
It's simple. I'm gonna post my movie list and you just give me your favorite titles that are similar to the ones that I have.

I DO have a "to buy" list, but it's not very long. If at least one of your recommendations checks out (meaning, If I've seen it before and liked it, OR I do research on the movie and it looks good), I will buy it/them.

I have a wide range of types of movies, from hardcore horrors to 1950's drama. I'm a movie buff, I just hit 200 movies, and am working on steadily growing my collection. You give me an idea on what I would like.

Thanks to those who take the time in reading all this, and to those who answer seriously.
